Order Concerns & Resolution
If you experience any issue with your order such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out to our support team within 48 hours of delivery with relevant details and images.
Once your request is received, our team will review it and initiate the resolution process, which may take up to 7 working days.
Replacement Policy
In cases where products are found to be damaged, defective, or missing, we will arrange for a replacement shipment within 7 working days after approval of your request.
Refunds
If a refund is approved after review, the amount will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 bank working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
